Day 3: Portwrinkle to Fowey. A long day including Looe, Porthallow and Polperro before arriving at Polruan and getting the ferry to Fowey. A great place for a meal out to celebrate your first 20 miler!

Day 5: Mevagissey to Portloe. A shorter day culminating in a night in the tiny fishing village of Portloe, tucked away in the cliffs.
Day 6: Portloe to Falmouth. A great days walking that takes you along the coastline of the beautiful Roseland peninsula and finishes with two ferry rides, one from St Anthony head to St Mawes and the next from St Mawes to Falmouth.
Day 7: Falmouth to Coverack. Another long day but a ferry crossing of The Helford river and a lunch at one of its two great pubs would be a great way to split it up.

Day 9: Mullion Cove to Penzance. The last of the 20 mile plus days that takes you past St Michaels Mount to Penzance.
